The Chiropractic Membership Model--Miles Bodzin, DC

Have you thought about ways to improve your cash flow confidence? Would you feel better financially if your practice finances were more predictable each month?

The popularity of memberships and recurring monthly revenue is everywhere we look from Netflix to gyms to products.

But can it work in your practice?

In this episode Dr. Miles Bodzin of Cash Practice joins me to discuss the details, best practices and legalities of a Chiropractic Membership Model.

The good news is, no matter how your practice is set up, you can run this model if you follow the correct system and implement the aspects to make it perfectly legal in your practice’s model.

In this episode we discuss the following, plus much more

  • The Chiropractic Membership Model

  • Legalities of integration with insurance-based practices

  • Why memberships can be better than pre-paid packages

  • The psychology of the buyer

  • The patient experience

  • Cash flow confidence

  • The systems to have in place to run this model

  • Tracking your finances

I am excited to start this conversation and am personally looking into this model over the coming months for my practice. There is a lot of moving parts, but as the economy and healthcare arena continues to change, I am giving this a full look over.
