There are few frustrations and struggles that a modern chiropractor faces that Kevin hasn’t had to wrestle with already. Having run his own practice, with multiple staff, associates, real estate purchases, billing issues, insurance headaches AND trying to do excellent marketing, Kevin understands the pressures that we face as chiropractors.
Kevin knows how important it is to have someone that you can turn to with whatever you are struggling with. He created Modern Chiropractic Mastery®  to help his colleagues overcome the hurdles and experience the joys of success that await on the other side.

Becky Wilds-Hawk

Becky is a “Jill-of-many-trades”. She comes with fourteen years of Level 1 Trauma/Neuro experience as well as beginning and running a national medical recruitment office where she staffed over 40+ offices and hospitals. She led the national average in sales and HR development. She owns a company focused on company organization, business development, company branding, and everything marketing.

Becky has helped Kevin establish his vision and continue to grow internationally since 2019, partnering closely with him to guide strategy, elevate the brand, and support expansion.

Becky serves on several civic boards, travels to advocate and promote bills on adoption and fostering, and is a true “outside enthusiast”. She lives in the beautiful mountains of East Tennessee and cherishes her son and husband.

Curt Kippenberger, DC

Many business owners and health care providers fall asleep at the wheel once they become content.  This complacency breeds mediocrity, which can lead to stagnation and burnout.  For more than a decade, Curt has remained steadfast through the ebbs and flows of his practice cycle.  He invests heavily in relationship marketing, cultural development, systems curation, and implementation which have offered portage through tough times and helped plant "success" seeds for harvest.
Curt recognized early on that coaching and mentorship not only offer a sense of direction, but it is also quite essential for growth.  He has worked with several colleagues over the years, both as mentees and mentors within the profession and beyond...Curt believes the best is still yet to come!

Ashley Jordan, DC

Dr. Ashley joined MCM as a member in 2020, when the pandemic hit and there was an opportunity to restructure her practice.  Working with Kevin and following his suggestions, the practice grew from a 2 doctor 3 room practice in a house to The Full Lake Effect.  In 2023 now Lake Effect Chiropractic has 3 Doctors, 2 massage therapists, 2 trainers, office staff, gym/rehab space 2500 total square feet, is thriving with 50+new patients a month and owns their real estate with a leasing tenant.  MCM systematically helped build up to where they are now, busy with patients, offering marketing through the repurposing of ideas, in a story brand flavor as to REACH the patients they want to work with. 

Dr. Ashley is so passionate about building a strong business to support the best evidence based care out there, she cannot wait to help members design and build their practice of a lifetime, just ONE step at a time!

Brennan Donahue, DC

Associate Coach

Dr. Brennan Donahue is a chiropractor, practice owner, and coach with a passion for helping chiropractors build sustainable, fulfilling careers. After graduating from Logan Chiropractic College, Dr. Brennan opened his practice immediately and quickly recognized the challenges that come with being both a clinician and a business owner.

In 2019, Dr. Brennan joined MCM as a client and later became a member of the MCM Mastermind during its inaugural year. By consistently applying the same MCM frameworks, systems, and marketing strategies taught today, he has grown his practice into a thriving two-provider office, with a constant flow of preceptor students from local chiropractic colleges.  His practice has become established as one of the go-to sports chiropractic clinics for endurance athletes in St. Louis.

As a coach with Modern Chiropractic Mastery, Dr. Brennan is passionate about supporting like-minded chiropractors and chiropractic students. He is driven to help others avoid burnout, gain clarity, and feel supported—especially those who may feel isolated while navigating the dual roles of clinic owner and treating physician.

She has a passion for marketing and enjoys helping businesses achieve their goals by creating effective marketing campaigns. In her free time, she loves to stay active and prioritize health and fitness!

Anthony Couto was born and raised in New Jersey. He attended Montclair State University where he studied Physical Education and Health. He has been a physical education teacher for 12 years in secondary education. 

Anthony enjoys working with the team to produce excellent content marketing. He has been with MCM since 2022.

Since 2024, Dr. Winkels has partnered with MCM to help clinics strengthen their online presence through strategic, SEO-driven social media content while also coaching associate chiropractors on ethical communication, case presentation, and cash-based service implementation.
What sets Dr. Winkels apart is simple — he’s been the associate. He understands the pressure of being clinically sound while struggling to confidently convert patients into committed care plans. He also understands the internal friction many associates feel when discussing money, value, and long-term care — especially when they don’t want to sound “salesy” or disconnected from patient care.
