The transformative purpose of the MCM Mastermind will be to bring a group of 25 big thinking members together to help each other exponentially grow their practices and lives. This will not be a didactic lecture style, but rather a facilitation of topics, strategies, and ideas we all work through together.
Each weekend will consist of Friday and Saturday meetings that will also include 1 guest expert on vital topics to help you grow your practice and develop in aspects such as leadership, communication, marketing, team training, delegations, and developing a practice that is built-to-sell (even if that is years down the road).
This mastermind requires you to attend all meetings throughout the year. There is a 350k/year clinic(s) revenue (or just one step from achieving that) for membership.

MASTERMIND ITINERARY
Friday Mornings, 9 am-1 pm, will be the guest presentation that is mixed with small group breakouts every 45 minutes or so. We think through the information and be prepared to solidify it throughout the weekend.
Friday Afternoon, 2-5 pm, will be a mix of the full group and small group sessions working through the information provided in the morning. You will be helping each other by applying it to each other’s practice.
Friday Night: Group dinner covered by MCM.
Saturday Mornings, 9 am -1 pm, the sessions will mix “Laser Hot-Seats,” “Each One, Teach One” and Brainstorming sessions.
