MCM Group Coaching provides you with our coaching program below without the marketing done for your aspect that our MCM Mastery signature program offers. This program is great for the doctor or clinic that needs business and marketing coaching and already has robust marketing efforts.

The 2 Key Components

1) Coaching (Business, Marketing Strategy, Communication, Leadership, Systems, etc.)

Onboarding Coaching 

• Call 1: Comprehensive Practice Audit, CSA Digital Dashboard, Program Logistics 

• Call 2: Your Practices Critical Number and The Capacity Block Breakthrough 

• Call 3: 3 Year Vision Strategy  

• Call 4: 6 Month Planner 

Group Zoom Coaching Calls 

• We will have two scheduled Group Zoom Calls per week, and we would like for you to attend 2 per month. though you can attend all of them. The Tuesday and Wednesday calls in a particular week are the same material.

  • Tuesdays alternate between 12:15 pm EST and 1:15 pm EST 

  • Wednesdays alternate between 9 am EST and 3 pm EST

• You will have access to me and/or the associate coach via:

• Voxer Messaging App

• Email

• The Group Calls

2) Chiropractic Success Academy

• You must be a paid member of the CSA.

• Fully Involved Academy of trainings and lessons to support you.

• The CSA Digital Dashboard: Marketing Planners, Practice Analytics Tracker, and more!

• A Strong Community of like-minded chiropractors helping each other out.
