Program

MCM Mastery is equal parts coaching and marketing production/distribution. This is a unique offering in the evidence-informed chiropractic space. MCM Mastery has three key components to help you grow your practice and free you from burnout.

The 3 Key Components

1) Coaching (Business, Marketing Strategy, Communication, Leadership, Systems, etc.)

 Onboarding Coaching 

  • Call 1: Comprehensive Practice Audit, CSA Digital Dashboard, Program Logistics 

  • Call 2: Your Practices Critical Number and The Capacity Block Breakthrough 

  • Call 3: 3 Year Vision Strategy  

  • Call 4: 6 Month Planner 

Group Zoom Coaching Calls 

  • We will have two scheduled Group Zoom Calls offered per week, and we would like for you to attend 2 of these per month but can attend all of them. The Tuesday and Wednesday calls in a particular week are the same material.

    • Tuesdays alternate between 12:15 pm EST and 1:15 pm EST 

    • Wednesdays alternate between 9 am EST and 3 pm EST

  • You will have access to me and/or the associate coach via:

    • Voxer Messaging App

    • Email

    • The Group Calls

2) Marketing Production and Distribution done for you.

Not canned content.

You are the subject matter expert and we are your marketing team.

Our program has you or other doctors in your practice record four videos per month, and we will produce them, turn them into one blog, and then distribute the content for you.  

Posting Channels and Frequency 

  • 4 Videos Per Month on YouTube (Weekly Distribution) 

  • Weekly Emails utilizing your video and written copy. 

  • Weekly Google Business Profile Post 

  • 3 FB Posts per week and 3 IG Posts per week  

    • 1 Video 

    • 1 Research Distilled Slide Deck from Dr. Shawn Thistle

    • 1 Health Quote from Your Blog: Sample 

  • SEO Rich Blog Post Monthly for Your Website 

Secondary Marketing Assistance 

  • Evaluate and help optimize all platforms.

  • Marketing Strategy.

  • Campaign Development/Planning.

  • Community Outreach Management Tools 

  • Develop Creative Initiatives for your practice.

  • Marketing Budgeting.

  • Guide you via the CSA Digital Dashboard tools such as Marketing Planner, Editorial Calendar, Indicator Scorecard, Referral Directory, etc.

3) Chiropractic Success Academy

You will have to be a paid Chiropractic Success Academy Member

  • Fully Involved Academy of trainings and lessons to support you.

  • The CSA Digital Dashboard: Marketing Planners, Practice Analytics Tracker, and more!

  • A Strong Community of like-minded chiropractors helping each other out.

Investment

  • $799/Month. 6-Month Minimum and month-to-month after that.
